Im not a happy camper

Yesterday The Jets and The Steelers played... which was like battle royale at my house since I am a Jets fan, and Brock is a Steelers boy. The stupid Steelers won, and Im seriously upset. I was having an anxiety attack all night, I couldnt breathe and my heart was racing. They were so close.... but so far away. Anyways. Im still heart broken. I love sports and love when my teams win, but its seriously depressing when they lose. Good thing baseball season is right around the corner! That will be a great distraction from football season!!! :)

Best movie ever (seriously)

So, I have an Itouch and sometimes I am just not in the mood for music. So to stay entertained and pass time sometimes I play one of the movies I have on there... since Im usually working, I obviously cant just sit and watch a movie so my go to movie is The Hangover. Because its no joke the funniest movie ever, and its just as funny (if not funnier) to just listen to it. I have seen it a hundred times so I know whats going on.... but to just listen to all the one-liners is awesome.
Plus, anything with Zach Galifianakis is the funnies man alive. So today, Im listening to The Hangover on my Ipod. Hopefully it will keep my day happy and bright! :) Oh and also, in case you didnt know. The Hangover Part II comes out May 26th. They go to Bangkok for Stu's wedding!!!! I am more excited for this movie than any other this year!!

Sick Day

Brock and I have been sick the past couple days, we both have stayed home from work and just rested and hung out. Which has been nice except I get sooo bored... so we've been watching some movies. We watched The Social Network yesterday. SUCH a good movie. If you havent seen it, you should. It just won a ton of awards at the Golden Globes, and besides that anything with Jesse Eisenberg in it im totally down to watch. I love him. He is one of my favorite actors. My favorite movie of his is Adventureland. Its a low budget, sort of Indie kind of film... but its good. I think its hilarious, and for all of you who (like me) think Kristen Stewart is a horrible actress because of Twilight.... she isnt that bad in this one. I actually like her a lot in it. Anyways, I highly recommend seeing this movie. :) Now, its time for some dinner and Jersey Shore. I am NOT afraid to admit that I love that show. Of coarse it is one of the dumbest shows ever... but what do you except with a house full of mid-twenties alcoholic, Guido's who are contracted to do things like get arrested on the beach? :) Its pure entertainment!!!!

This is one of my new obsessions. I LOVE this song, and the video is cute too... The video was filmed in Provo and beat the world record for biggest water balloon fight. That would have been fun to be involved in! :) This summer I am going to have a water balloon fight! There are so many parks and open areas up here by our house.... and we have the Herriman Beach up here. I can definitely see a water balloon fight breaking out there! Ahhh, now I cant wait for summer!!!! Anyways hope you like this song as much as I do!!! :)

First Blog!!!!

Hello Blogging World!!! :) I finally decide to make a blog, which I'm actually pretty excited about. Recently I have become mildly obsessed with blogs.... any kind- fashion, wedding, jewelry, design and decorating, boutique's, discounts and deals.... I have never really known just how many different types of blogs there are. So I decided I was going to make a blog that I will (hopefully) update daily of my favorite things, newly discovered loves, and mine and Brock's life.

I guess first I will give a brief overview of everything that has happened over the past year, in case you don't know. I bought my first home in March. This is an old picture, from last winter... but it still looks the same (Minus the foreclosure paper on the door :)) We got brand new carpets, and appliances and this last Christmas Santa brought us a new leather couch with recliners, and Brock's dad made me a wood shelf for our room. Slowly but surely everything is coming together. Rooms are starting to get painted, and plans are being made... We have 1 spare bedroom that will one day be a Boston/Yankee room. :)

My little sister graduated in May and for her graduation present me, her, my mom and our aunt Traci went to Coronado Island, CA. It was A BLAST!!! It was such a fun girls trip and were hoping to do it again this year. This was the view from our amazing suite! We had the most amazing ocean view with a partial wrap around porch.

We shopped, and ate, and drank, and ate more.... The weather wasn't warm enough to go into the water, or really lay by the beach... but we still went out and drank! :)

I turned 22, and Brock turned 25.... Hahaha, not that awesome... but hey, it happened.

I got a new job. I love it. Its called Health Equity. I work with 3 of my best friends and my sister in law. :) It doesn't get any better than that.

WE GOT A PUPPY!!!!!!!!!! Everyone, meet Ari Gold. :)

He is a salt and pepper mini schnauzer. He was born on 9/11/10. :) We love him, he's so cute and he's so much fun to have around.

On December 3rd Traci (who I am very close with and call her children my niece and nephew) had to undergo an emergency C-section and gave birth to little Maddox Nash Hermann. Maddox was 2 and a half months months early and weighed 2.2 pounds.

This is the most recent picture I have of him, I just love him!! He is doing sooo good and I cant wait till he gets to go home. His mommy will be so excited!

This is him when he was just a few days old, and I think this picture is the CUTEST picture ever. Meyah is just so happy to see her new baby brother for the first time!!!! :)
Anyways, that is our year in a nutshell.... I hope I didnt forget anything too significant. :)
